The Bookmarks function has additional features which allow users to transfer scene,
structure group or camera position bookmarks to other users or computers.

The Upload Bookmark button is provided for faculty use only. It allows a tutor to upload
a specific bookmark to Primal's server, and that bookmark can subsequently be downloaded by other users.
This is particularly useful for preparing presentations or lecture notes, which can include a number of images and their
related bookmarks. As each bookmark is uploaded, a unique access code will be returned and the access codes will need to
be included in the presentation or notes.
Tutors must first enter a password in the Preferences panel before being able to upload
any bookmarks.

Students will use the Download Bookmark button to download bookmarks onto their own computers.
They will normally follow a presentation or lecture notes and download the bookmarks, after which they can make full use
of the real time facilities to manipulate the bookmarked 3D models.
To download bookmarks, students must specify each bookmark's unique access code given in the presentation or notes.

The Export Bookmarks button is available only to single users (i.e. non institutions).
Use the button to export all your scene, structure group and camera position bookmarks from your computer to Primal's server.

Use the Import Bookmarks button to import all your scene, structure group and camera position
bookmarks from our server to your computer. Export/import is particularly useful if, for example, you wish to transfer bookmarks
between a home computer and a laptop.
You will need to log in to www.anatomy.tv with the same login and password each time, but no access codes are required. |
